The club is now at at capacity for the winter season and is maintaining a waitlist.
Summer Registration
Summer registration is now open!
Applications for Winter 2025/26 season membership will open in late August/early September.
Fees and dates
The Winter season will run from September 14, 2025 to June 28, 2026 with practices on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8.15pm to 9.45pm and, on Sunday mornings from 7.00am to 8.30am at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre Pool.
Fees will be $560 for full-time members, providing up to 3 practices per week, and $330 for part-time members, providing one practice per week.
The season will run from July 3, 2025 to August 28, 2025 with practices on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7.30pm to 9.00pm at the Don McLean Westacres Swimming Pool.
Fees will be $125 for non-Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO) members and $110 for active MSO members.

Please complete the waitlist form which can be found here. Swimmers must be 18 years of age to join.
How to register
Please complete the registration application form which can be found here. Swimmers must be 18 years of age to join. Unfortunately capacity is limited so we may not be able to accept all applicants.
In addition, successful applicants will need to complete and sign the following forms before starting their first practice. These forms will be signed online - links will be provided in confirmation emails. Please do not submit signed forms by email:
- MSO Liability and Waiver Form
- MSO PIPEDA Consent Form
- Confirmation of Review of Concussion Awareness Resource (if under 26 years of age)
The initial application period will close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 9 September with confirmation emails to successful applicants being sent out by end of day on Thursday 11 September. Whether successful or not, all applicants will receive an email informing them of their application status.
Applications received after Tuesday 9 September will be processed as and when received.
Concussion Awareness (Rowan's Law)
Swimmers under 26 years of age are required to confirm annually using the form above that they have reviewed relevant concussion awareness materials as referenced in the confirmation form.
